1. General provisions
This document is a public offer (the “Agreement”) governing the use of the website leylaredeker.com (the “Website”) and the purchase of digital products offered on it. The Website is operated by the owner of the “Leyla Redeker” brand (the “Seller”, “we”, “us”).
By placing an order, completing a purchase, or downloading any free material, you (the “Customer”, “you”) confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the Website or purchase the products.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Seller provides digital educational products for learning the German language — including PDF vocabulary booklets, Anki flashcard decks (.apkg) with audio, and related study materials (the “Products”). The Products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Products and prices
- Free starter pack — provided free of charge.
- German 4500 — the complete system — $39.
All prices are shown on the relevant product page at the moment of purchase. The Seller may change prices and the composition of the Products at any time; such changes do not affect orders already paid for.
4. Ordering and payment
Orders are placed on the Website and paid through our authorised payment provider, lava.top. Payment is processed on the provider’s secure pages; the Seller does not receive or store your full card details.
The Agreement is considered concluded at the moment the payment is successfully completed.
5. Delivery
After a successful payment, access to the Product is delivered automatically to the email address provided at checkout, via a secure download link. Delivery normally takes a few minutes. The download link is valid for a limited period (by default 72 hours). If you do not receive your Product, please contact us at to@leylaredeker.com and we will re-send your access.
6. Licence and intellectual property
All Products and Website content are protected by copyright and belong to the Seller. Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Product for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or share the Products with third parties.
7. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing a correct email address and for having suitable software to open the delivered files (a PDF reader and the free Anki application for .apkg decks). The Seller is not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect email address or by your mail provider’s spam filtering.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.
9. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.
10. Limitation of liability
The Products are educational reference materials provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any specific learning outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Products.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
